I am horribly tardy in posting this, so I am going to start off with an apology & a big thank you to belovedahava for nominating me. I love reading her daily posts, like a little window into someone else’s life, being able to see the similarities and differences between us. Recognising some of the same problems, laughing out loud at times, and always learning something new.
I started off this blog really just as a place to record my thoughts, to see how I change and grow as a submissive, within my relationship with my Dom. I posted a couple of things & Sir mentioned it would be nice if other people could read what I wrote too. So here I am, a little under 2 months later still going (my previous record of blog maintenance was about 6 posts & a couple of weeks!) and with a growing number of people who actually seem to read my ramblings….
I’m absolutely thrilled to be nominated for another award, so here are the rules that go along with this one.
1 Select the blog(s) you think deserve the ‘Blog of the Year 2012′ Award
2 Write a blog post and tell us about the blog(s) you have chosen — there’s no minimum or maximum number of blogs required — and ‘present’ them with their award.
3 Please include a link back to http://thethoughtpalette.co.uk/our-awards/blog-of-the-year-2012-award/ and include these ‘rules’ in your post (please don’t alter the rules or the badges!)
4 Let the blog(s) you have chosen know that you have given them this award and share the ‘rules’ with them.
5 You can now also join the Facebook group — click ‘like’ on the page above ‘Blog of the Year 2012′ Award Facebook group and then you can share your blog with an even wider audience.
6 As a winner of the award — please add a link back to the blog that presented you with the award — and then proudly display the award on your blog and sidebar.
I am going to have the hardest time choosing who to pass this award onto. I follow a lot of blogs, and every single one I follow has something interesting & unique about it. Whether it be great images, beautiful poetry, thought provoking questions, hilarious anecdotes, and even all of the above. So I am going to pick out the ones I probably identify with the most. The ones I find myself nodding along to as I read, or laughing at, or am inspired by.
In random order all of the following are really worth a read:
Ok, that list got longer than I intended, but there are so many brilliant blogs around I just couldn’t narrow it down even further.
